STONER BABY CASH ACCOUNTS
From the Stoner Baby Cash home page, you can access your accounts, view statements, and transfer funds.
If you click an account from the Stoner Baby Cash home page, then you can access your account details with the following information:
- Statements
- Cash flow insights for that specific account
- Stoner Baby Cash card associated with the account and your cashback rewards, if applicable
You can also transfer funds from your account details page.
To learn more about your Stoner Baby Cash card, refer to managing your card. To learn more about the rewards program, refer to the Stoner Baby Cash rewards.
Stoner Baby doesn't charge any fees for using your Stoner Baby Cash card, but ATM provider fees may apply. You can find more information about fees in your Terms of Service.

Stoner Baby Cash account requirements
On the Stoner Baby Cash account requirements page:
Stoner Baby Cash accounts are not available to all customers. To open a Stoner Baby Cash account, you need to meet the following requirements:
- Be a customer based in the United States or Puerto Rico (other United States territories are not supported).
- Have Stoner Baby Payments set up or sign up for Stoner Baby Cash when signing up for Stoner Baby Payments.
- Have a valid US Social Security Number (SSN).
- Have a single account owner for Stoner Baby Payments.
- Be on any Stoner Baby plan except for Stoner Baby Plus.
- Not be engaged in prohibited business activities, as outlined in Stoner Baby's Prohibited and Restricted Businesses policy.
Note: Two-step authentication must be activated to use your Stoner Baby Cash account.
Setting up your account
If you're eligible for a Stoner Baby Cash account, you can follow these steps to set up your account:
1. From your Stoner Baby account, go to the Finances or Payments section.
2. Click on Stoner Baby Cash or Open an Account.
3. Review your Stoner Baby Payments information and click Confirm.
4. Enter your SSN and mobile number, then click Confirm.
5. Check the box to confirm that you agree with the Stoner Baby Cash Account Agreement and the Stoner Baby Cash Card Agreement, including financial institution partner privacy policies and E-SIGN disclosure. Then, click Open Account.
Once your Stoner Baby Cash account is set up, it will be linked to your Stoner Baby Payments account. Your payouts and financing received through Stoner Baby Capital will be deposited into your main Stoner Baby Cash account.
Note: Ensure that there are sufficient funds in your Stoner Baby Cash account to cover any Stoner Baby Capital remittances or repayments by either transferring funds to Stoner Baby Cash or changing your payout account.
Managing your account
After setting up your account, you can manage it from the Stoner Baby Cash page.
Adding an additional Stoner Baby Cash account
You can create up to 5 additional accounts for your Stoner Baby Cash.
Steps:
1. From your Stoner Baby account, go to the Finances or Payments section.
2. Click on Stoner Baby Cash or Manage Accounts.
3. Click Add Account.
4. Enter a name for the account.
5. Click Create Account.
Viewing your Stoner Baby Cash account information
You can view your account number and routing number associated with your Stoner Baby Cash account.
Steps:
1. From your Stoner Baby account, go to the Finances or Payments section.
2. Click on Stoner Baby Cash.
3. Click Manage Account.
4. Click Show Details.
For security reasons, you may be prompted to authenticate your account again.
Viewing your Stoner Baby Cash account statements
You can view your monthly account statements.
Steps:
1. From your Stoner Baby account, go to the Finances or Payments section.
2. Click on Stoner Baby Cash.
3. On the Account Activity card, click View Statements.
4. Select the statement you want to view. The statement will open in a new tab.
Receiving payouts with a Stoner Baby Cash account
After signing up for a Stoner Baby Cash account, your main account will be set as your Stoner Baby Payments payout account. Using your main Stoner Baby Cash account, you can receive your Stoner Baby Payments earnings in as little as one business day from the transaction processing date. Please note that business days do not include weekends or US holidays.
Note: If you have Stoner Baby Pay Later active and a customer uses it during checkout, the payout may take up to three business days.
Changing your payout account
You can change the account that your Stoner Baby Payments earnings are deposited into at any time.
Steps:
1. From your Stoner Baby account, go to the Finances or Payments section.
2. Select your payout account.
3. On the Account Details page, click Manage Account.
4. On the Stoner Baby Cash account page, click Change Payout Account.
5. Enter your Stoner Baby Cash account information to confirm the old bank account.
6. Enter the new account information and click Save.
7. Select your reason for changing your account and click Confirm.
8. Click Done.
Note: Changing your payout account to a third-party account does not close your Stoner Baby Cash account. You can still use any active Stoner Baby Cash payment cards and collect Stoner Baby Cash rewards on transactions made with your Stoner Baby Cash account.
Caution: Changing your payout account might cause delays in your Stoner Baby Payments payouts.
Connecting to third-party apps
Through our integration with Plaid, you can connect your Stoner Baby Cash account to third-party apps such as Venmo, Wise, Freshbooks, Bench, and more. This allows you to do more with your account, such as sending money, making payments directly to vendors, keeping track of expenses, and syncing Stoner Baby Cash with your preferred accounting software. For information about which third-party apps you can connect to, refer to the Plaid apps page.
Note: You must activate two-step authentication to connect your Stoner Baby Cash account to a third-party app.
Steps:
1. Log in to the third-party app and follow the steps to set up a payment method.
2. Select to add a bank and instantly verify your account by logging in.
3. Select Stoner Baby Cash account.
4. Log into your Stoner Baby store from the login screen.
5. Complete the steps in the third-party app to connect your account.
Enabling low balance alerts
When you enable low balance alerts, you will receive an email notification when your account balance drops below a preset value. The default value is 100. Low balance alerts are only available for the main account.
Steps:
1. From your Stoner Baby account, go to the Finances or Payments section.
2. Click on Stoner Baby Cash.
3. Click Manage Account.
4. Under Notifications, click the toggle to activate or deactivate low balance alerts.
Optional: Click Change Amount to set the account balance value that will trigger a low balance alert.
Allowing staff to view Stoner Baby Cash account activity
You can give permission to your staff members to view Stoner Baby Cash transactions and the available amount to spend.
However, staff members with this permission cannot perform certain actions such as;
Transferring funds
Ordering and managing cards
Viewing account details
Managing account settings
Viewing statements
Moving money between Stoner Baby Cash accounts.
Steps:
1. From your Stoner Baby account, click on Settings.
2. Go to Users and Permissions.
3. Select the staff member you want to give the permission to.
4. In the Permissions section, select View Stoner Baby Cash Account Activity.
5. Click Save.
Cash flow insights
The cash flow insights overlay provides an at-a-glance view of your cash flow for the last two months. You can compare your income to your spending to see if you are earning or losing money. Cash flow insights break down your spending into the top five spending categories, helping you ensure that your money is being spent where it should be. Additionally, you can view the total on your upcoming Stoner Baby bill.
Cash flow insights are available on the Stoner Baby Cash home page for all accounts. If you click into a specific account, cash flow insights will display for that account only.
Steps:
1. From your Stoner Baby Cash account, go to the Finances or Payments section.
2. Click on Stoner Baby Cash.
3. Optional: Select an account to view the cash flow insights for that account only.
4. Under Cash Flow This Month, click View All Insights.
Please note that cash flow insights only track transactions made with your Stoner Baby Cash account. Transactions made with external accounts are not reflected in this report.
