Stoner Baby Music Distribution – Terms of Service

By subscribing to any distribution tier on Stonerbaby.us (the "Platform"), you ("User" or "Artist") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Stonerbaby operates as an administrative management and software submission gateway leveraging a proprietary partnership with Symphonic Distribution.

1. Scope of Service

Stoner Baby provides metadata auditing, ingestion assistance, and delivery configuration services to major digital service providers (DSPs) including Spotify, Apple Music, and others.

• No Guarantee of Placement: User explicitly acknowledges that subscription fees cover administrative submission management and software access. Stonerbaby does not guarantee playlist placement, editorial positioning, or marketing performance.

• Delivery Timelines: All content must be submitted via the Stonerbaby Artist Intake Portal at least four (4) to six (6) weeks prior to the targeted release date. Stonerbaby is not responsible for missed release dates due to late submissions or metadata formatting errors.

2. Intellectual Property, Clearances, and Indemnification

• Ownership: The User retains 100% ownership of their master sound recordings and underlying musical compositions.

• Clearances: The User warrants that they control 100% of the rights to the audio, artwork, lyrics, and metadata submitted. The use of uncleared samples, unauthorized loops, or infringing cover art is strictly prohibited.

• Indemnification: The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stonerbaby, its parent companies, and its distribution partners (including Symphonic Distribution) from any third-party claims, losses, or legal fees arising out of a breach of these warranties.

3. Fees, Subscription Billing, and Takedowns

• Billing Cycles: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe.

• Cancellation Behavior: Users may cancel their subscription at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.

• Post-Subscription Catalog Policy: If a subscription lapses, terminates, or remains unpaid for more than thirty (30) days, Stonerbaby reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to either: (a) issue a formal takedown request to DSPs to remove the catalog, or (b) adjust the royalty distribution split within SymphonicMS to a standard administrative fee matching our manual management costs.
