Stonerbaby Anti-Streaming Fraud & Vetting Policy

Digital Service Providers (including Spotify and Apple Music) and our distribution network maintain zero-tolerance rules regarding artificial streaming, stream manipulation, and coordinate botting. To protect our platform and the integrity of our artists, Stonerbaby enforces the following policy:

1. Definition of Artificial Streaming

Artificial streaming is defined as any activity that artificially inflates stream counts, views, or saves using automated scripts, bots, click farms, playlist-for-hire schemes, or incentivized listening groups. If you pay a third-party service that promises a guaranteed number of streams or placement on specific private playlists, you are likely violating this policy.

2. Vetting and Content Compliance Audits

Before any release is pushed from Stonerbaby to the SymphonicMS distribution pipeline, it must pass a mandatory Quality Assurance (QA) and Vetting process:

• Identity Verification: In compliance with Symphonic guidelines, Stonerbaby reserves the right to request official government-issued identification via secure verification partners prior to approving high-volume accounts.

• Audio Analysis: Submissions are algorithmically scanned for copyright infringement and audio anomalies.

3. Enforcement, Penalties, and Account Freezes

If Stonerbaby or its primary distribution partner receives a notification, strike, or warning from a DSP regarding stream manipulation linked to your catalog:

• Immediate Account Termination: Your Stonerbaby subscription will be permanently canceled immediately.

• Zero Refund Forfeiture: You forfeit all rights to any remaining subscription balances or refunds.

• Royalty Escrow & Forfeiture: All accrued royalties associated with the flagged tracks or the offending artist profile will be withheld and permanently frozen in accordance with DSP and Symphonic compliance mandates.

• Permanent Blacklisting: The offending artist, legal entities, and associated metadata will be permanently banned from resubmitting to the Platform.
